Shadow Play Project

Over the past few months, we have had the absolute pleasure of working with a group of older people, living with Dementia, at the Wood Street Age UK centre in Tunbridge Wells. Commissioned by the Tunbridge Wells Puppetry Festival, we worked with the Wood Street group over five sessions, exploring puppetry, creativity, storytelling and writing. We then turned some of the participants stories, both real and imagined, into a shadow puppetry film.

Shadow Play, the film, was screened at the Wood Street centre on Thursday 12th October 2018 and will be available for everyone to watch soon. In the meantime, you can read more about the project through our blog and see some photos from the sessions here.
