We were absolutely delighted to be at the Bridge House Theatre in December 2019, with our favourite festive story,  A Christmas Carol. Having previously toured to this venue, we were so pleased to have the opportunity to work with Mike, Laura, Adam, Darren and the Bridge House team on a bigger production. We first created this stage adaptation of Dickens’ classic story back in 2012, but it has grown and blossomed so much since then. The first version we performed was in promenade, with only 20 audience members at a time but now, it is a full length production.

A Christmas Carol is part of so many people’s Christmas traditions (including ours!) and we feel honoured and humbled to be a part of that this year. Despite this classic story being over 170 years old, the magic of the Spirits and the redemption of everyone’s favourite miser, Scrooge, truly is timeless. We also believe that now, more than ever, we want to remember that kindness and generosity still has a much needed place in our world, that anything is possible and that joy and happiness can be found in the smiles of the people around you.

As a team, we create all aspects of our shows, from the script to the set, from the puppets to the musical arrangements. It really has been a labour of our love to bring it all together, sprinkled with our own heartfelt memories of Christmas. We are hugely indebted to the incredible team of cast and creatives who have lived this with us and given their all to this very special show.
