We’re Buzzing!

Finally, after a year of lockdown development in 2020 (thanks Outdoor Arts), Buzz is out of the box and ready to fly! We had a ball this August, devising and rehearsing Buzz, before performing our very first shows at the wonderful Bees & Seas event in Worthing. It’s got a giant honeycomb set, an inflatable slice of pizza, a HUGE jam sandwich and the sassiest Queen Bee you have ever met. It’s bonkers, bright and full of life and we had a ball making it! There’s still a chance to catch it, before this year is over, so check out the dates here. If not, it’ll be buzzing in to an event near you next year so keep an eye out for more information…

Elevator Arts Project

We’ve had a cracking August and one of our favourite projects so far has been working with the brilliant Elevator Arts on Outside In. Across a week, our team worked with some fantastic young people from Trust Links Ltd. to create an outdoor, promenade performance (with giant puppets – standard). It was a wild ride and we loved every minute of it! Supported by Arts Council England.

A State of Flux: Behind the Scenes Podcast

We’re super excited to be taking Flux out on the digital road and to accompany the tour, we’ve created a brand new podcast series. Every Wednesday, we’ll be releasing a new episode covering everything from the set, the lights, the music, feminism, accessibility and more! Join us for 30 minutes episodes of fun and frolics, including plenty of silly stories from the cast and creative team.
