Kinder R&D

Whilst this latest lockdown has been a challenge, we’ve been hugely lucky to bubble up and undertake some COVID-secure R&D rehearsals for Kinder. After many tests, we’ve been living together, travelling together and working together in a tight unit, across two stages of activity; one in January and one more recently in March. It’s been a complete privilege to be able to use this time to get back in a room together and really see if the show ideas work.

To see what we’ve been up to, read more on the Kinder page here or watch this short video:

Call Out for Neurodivergent Puppeteer/Performer

We’re on the hunt for a Neurodivergent Puppeteer/Performer to work with us on the next phase of R&D, for our brand new show Kinder.

We are hugely excited at the prospect of actually getting into a rehearsal room (IRL) early next year and are looking for someone fantastic to join our team.

Deadline for applications is Friday 11th December, 10am

Spectrum Youth Theatre Online!

It’s been a very strange year but we’ve been absolutely delighted to be able to continue running Spectrum Youth Theatre, in partnership with the Little Angel Theatre.

The incredible young people we work with have done a stellar job of adapting to the new online format and over the Summer, we worked towards creating the film, Super Spectrum Squad: The Strike of Super Spoiler.

This Winter, we’re back with the gang, designing and making artic animal puppets and creating content for our new film, Arctic Adventures. This will premiere on the 19th December and will then be available on the Little Angel Theatre’s YouTube channel after that so do check it out!
